Lakshmi School is run by the Lakshmi Vidya Sangham, a trust of the TVS family named after Srimathi Lakshmi Ammal — with a long history of service to education in Tamil Nadu, and a single, unwavering purpose: quality education for every child.
The school opened in 2000 with 159 students and ten teachers. Twenty-five years on, it is home to more than 2,500 students — and remains guided by its President, Ms. Shobhana Ramachandhran, the driving force behind its growth.

Lakshmi Vidya Sangham is registered by the family of T. V. Sundaram Iyengar, named after Srimathi Lakshmi Ammal — a promise to bring quality education to the region.

Lakshmi School opens
